Lake Effect Pools ‘Sanctuary’ 24′ Foot Round Above-Ground Swimming Pool | 52″ Inch Height | Bundle with Solid Blue Overlap Liner & Widemouth Skimmer

Description

Product Overview

The Lake Effect Pools Sanctuary is a 24‑foot round above‑ground swimming pool designed for families who want a durable, low‑maintenance water experience without the expense of an in‑ground installation. Constructed from high‑grade alloy steel, the wall panels are engineered to resist corrosion and withstand the elements year after year. The pool measures 288 inches in diameter and stands 52 inches tall, providing ample swimming space for both children and adults. A solid blue liner, hand‑folded from North American‑cut material, ensures a smooth, wrinkle‑free surface that resists punctures and UV degradation. The included wide‑mouth skimmer simplifies debris removal, keeping the water clear with minimal effort.

Every component of the Sanctuary is precision‑cut to fit together seamlessly, reducing assembly time and eliminating the need for custom modifications. The pool comes with a comprehensive installation kit that includes all necessary brackets, bolts, and a sturdy ground cloth to protect the liner from sharp objects. The design incorporates a reinforced frame that distributes weight evenly, preventing sagging and maintaining structural integrity even when the pool is fully filled. This combination of robust materials and thoughtful engineering makes the Sanctuary a reliable choice for seasonal or year‑round use.

Usage

The Sanctuary is versatile enough to fit into a variety of backyard settings, from compact suburban yards to spacious rural properties. Its round shape promotes even water circulation, which helps maintain consistent temperature and reduces the need for additional circulation equipment. Ideal for family gatherings, fitness routines, or simply relaxing after a long day, the pool can be used for swimming laps, water aerobics, or casual play. Because the pool is designed for all‑year placement, it can be left in place during winter months, with the liner protected by a cover to prevent debris accumulation and ice damage.

Installation is straightforward: lay the ground cloth, assemble the steel frame, position the liner, and connect the skimmer. The pool can be filled using a standard garden hose, and the water can be treated with chlorine or alternative sanitizers to keep it safe and sparkling. The wide‑mouth skimmer allows for easy removal of leaves, insects, and other surface debris, reducing the frequency of full‑cycle filtration. Whether you are hosting a summer barbecue, teaching children to swim, or conducting low‑impact cardio workouts, the Sanctuary adapts to your lifestyle.

FAQ

What is the recommended ground surface for installing the Sanctuary pool?

The pool should be placed on a level, hard surface such as compacted soil, concrete, or a prepared deck. Using the included ground cloth helps protect the liner from sharp objects and provides a smooth base for the steel frame.

Can I use a salt‑water system with this pool?

Yes, the solid blue liner is compatible with salt‑water chlorination systems. Be sure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for salt concentration and monitor water chemistry regularly to maintain optimal conditions.

How do I winterize the pool for colder climates?

To winterize, clean the pool thoroughly, lower the water level below the skimmer, and cover the liner with a winter cover. The steel frame can remain in place, but you may want to add extra protective padding around the frame to prevent ice damage.

Is the pool suitable for children?

Absolutely. The 24‑foot diameter provides ample space for children to play safely, and the sturdy steel construction ensures stability. Always supervise children and use appropriate safety accessories such as pool fences or covers.

What maintenance is required to keep the water clear?

Regularly skim the surface with the wide‑mouth skimmer, test and balance the water chemistry at least once a week, and clean the filter according to the manufacturer’s schedule. Using a pool cover when the pool is not in use also helps reduce debris buildup.
