FAQ

What type of surface is required for installation?

The pool must be installed on a completely level, prepared surface such as compacted sand, a concrete slab, or a specially designed pool pad. The surface should be free of sharp objects and debris to prevent damage to the steel frame and to ensure even weight distribution. Direct placement on uneven ground or unprepared soil can lead to instability and potential frame deformation.

Is the pool liner included?

No, the pool liner is sold separately. This allows customers to choose a liner that best fits their aesthetic preferences and budget. The pool frame is compatible with a wide range of standard-sized liners, and the included liner pad and connectors simplify the installation process once the liner is selected.

Can the pool be moved after it is assembled?

Yes, the above‑ground design permits relocation, but the pool must be fully disassembled, the frame inspected for any damage, and the new site must meet the same level and surface preparation requirements. Re‑assembly follows the same steps as the initial setup, and all original components are reusable.

What maintenance is required for the steel frame?

Regular cleaning of the steel rails with mild soap and water helps prevent buildup of algae or mineral deposits. Periodic inspection for any signs of rust or corrosion is recommended, especially after harsh weather conditions. The rust‑resistant coating significantly reduces maintenance needs, but applying a protective pool cover when the pool is not in use can further extend the frame’s lifespan.

How does the skimmer improve water quality?

The included skimmer continuously draws surface water into the filtration system, removing debris such as leaves, insects, and dust before they sink. This helps maintain clearer water, reduces the workload on the main filter, and promotes a healthier swimming environment. Proper placement and regular cleaning of the skimmer basket are essential for optimal performance.
